MISSOULA - A state factory furniture chain is closing the doors of all five of its Montana stores after economy woes. Montana Furniture Galleries in Billings, Bozeman, Helena, Kalispell and Missoula are closing within the next 90 days.

An analyst raised his ratings on three office furniture companies Tuesday, citing improving industry demand. Budd Bugatch of Raymond James said in a client note that the sector is still under pressure as the economy continues to recover, but "signs are beginning to emerge that suggest there may be some light at the end of the tunnel."
