A Rhode Island man has been sentenced to 2¾ years in federal prison for his involvement in the theft of almost $800,000 worth of furniture from The Hartford insurance company with Somers resident Todd Olynciw.

Upon this agreement, signed by Mayor, Eng. Omar Al Maani, representing GAM, and the General Manager, Hussein Khader, representing the Company, furniture is to be manufactured and eventually installed in certain sites selected by GAM, which include 700 stations for passengers, 500 wastebaskets, 150 benches, and management and maintenance through the agreement duration.
